Blake reporting for Spring Training!

Breath of fresh air!

On Monday we finally had some warmer temps (50's) and the sun was actually shining. So Blake and I took advantage with a quick trip to the park. Blake is one of those people, like his Daddy, who needs to be outside for part of the day. It is like he craves the fresh air and he just seems to be happier after only 5 min outside in the sun. I am not usually that type of person but after being stuck inside this winter with an almost 2 yr. old I am becoming the same way. I can't wait for the warmer spring days that will bring backyard fun, picnics and play dates at the park!

These boots were made for walking

Who knew that we would be seeing so much snow this year. Mimi really wanted Blake to have some boots for the winter so she searched high and low and finally found a pair for him. Yesterday morning it was snowing again so we got to try them out :) Isn't he just the cutest! The seven day forecast has more snow flurries for Sat. and Mon. so it looks like we will get good use of them this winter. Thank you Mimi!
